BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY
If you would like to cancel an appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid extra charges. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or less will be charged maximum %50 of the cancelled service/services related the appointment(s). Clients who cancelled their appointment(s) 6 hours or less should pay the full price of the cancelled appointment(s) to have another appointment(s) with Brush Barbers®.
Brush Barbers® has no obligation to inform clients about these penalties during future bookings. After cancelling under these circumstances its clients' responsibility to follow the penalties during their future appointment(s).
If you cancel your appointments 23 hours or less in advance from your booking time continuously at 2 times Brush Barbers® reserved its rights to limit your access to our website www.brushbarbers.com by banning/deleting your account.
Please contact us if you need any assistance for online booking. There is no limitation amount for the cancellations 7 days in advance. If you need to book for an occasion, you could book your appointment any time you wish and you could cancel and book a new appointment at least 7 days in advance without any restrictions.
When you cancel your appointment, Brush Barbers® does not guarantee a new available booking slot. To find a new available slot is under customers responsibility. Please book your important appointments in advance to avoid losing your slot.
Brush Barbers® is accepting appointments maximum of 6 months in advance. If you book your appointment longer than this period, Brush Barber® reserved its rights to reschedule or cancel this appointment or change the team member you booked for, with written notice of e-mail.
LATE ATTEND OF THE APPOINTMENTS POLICY
If you attend your appointment more than 5 minutes Brush Barbers® reserved its rights to decline to offer you any service to prevent any effects on existing appointments or other clients/employees rights. Also, Brush Barbers® reserved its rights to charge you a penalty of %50-%100 of the related appointment/appointments.
If you attend late your appointments more than 2 times Brush Barbers® reserved its rights to delete your membership or limit your access to our website for a limited time or refuse to offer you services.
NO SHOW-UP POLICY
As Brush Barbers® we respect our customers time. To protect the time of all of our customers, we are proceeding a strict no show up policy.
If you missed your appointment(s) Brush Barbers® will charge the full amount of your related appointment(s). You can not receive any services without paying your penalty even you booked another future appointment(s). If you book another appointment(s) you will automatically accept to pay your penalty.
If you missed your appointments continuously 2 times, Brush Barbers® reserved its rights to delete your membership or limit your access to our website for a limited time or refuse to offer you services.
If you missed your appointments more than 4 times in a calendar year, Brush Barbers® reserved its rights to delete your membership or limit your access to our website for a limited time or refuse to offer you services.
Brush Barbers® online booking system based on equal rights to all customers. Please check your schedule carefully and cancel your booking(s) if you can not be able to show up.
You can re-schedule your appointments and book a new appointment anytime* you wish.
If your account is deleted by Brush Barbers® you have the right to request a correction of this, unless you provide the acceptable reason(s).
Deleted accounts could be opened again by using the same information. If your accounts are deleted by us for a reason or by a system mistake, you could open your same account again under the sign-up section on our website.
Brush Barbers® reserved its rights to change your appointment date/time if there are limitations due to unexpected damages on our site (such as natural disasters or accidents which could limit the totally/partly usage of the site). Brush Barbers® reserved its rights to change the team member you booked for if there are limitations about the work hours of the team member(s) due to his/her health condition(s)/emergency(s) which could limit the work hour(s). In these circumstances, the client(s) has/have the right to cancel their appointment without any penalty.
All client(s) are agreeing to comply with and be bound by our Booking Policy by booking an appointment with Brush Barbers®. Reading and understanding the Brush Barbers® Booking Policy is the client(s)' responsibility. Brush Barbers® is not responsible for any mistake befalls from misunderstanding the Booking Policy or mistakes done by web site service providers.
*All client(s) have rights to book, cancel, re-schedule their appointments anytime they wish, despite this, Brush Barbers® reserved its rights to apply its standard terms and conditions (provided above) to all bookings, cancellations, re-schedules subject to its business(s) under the trademark of Brush Barbers®.
